- If the product appear technical issues, please share us , our technical team will help to solve.
- If the product has non-human damage in warranty, please share us pictures and videos, our hardware engineer will check. After they confirm the issue, we will provide you free parts or new products to replace. You need to save the bad parts and ship back to us when it have a certain quantity. We will bear the shipping cost for new parts to your sides, and you will bear the shipping cost for bad parts to our sides.
- If the product is damaged by human, you could purchase new parts from us to replace, and we will share you the maintenance manual to teach you how to do.
