As smart manufacturing and digital factory management expand rapidly, Direct Part Marking (DPM) codes have become ubiquitous across production lines. Barcode scanners serve as core data collection hardware that bridges physical manufacturing and digital information systems.

However, most conventional scanning devices struggle to rapidly and accurately decode tiny, high-density, complex DPM marks widely used in industrial workshops.

To address this market pain point, AiGather invested two years in dedicated R&D to integrate native AI algorithms with barcode decoding technology.
