In the beautiful and confortable weather, we went to the beautiful Yangjiang and spent three wonderful days.
The first station, we went to the Maritime Silk Road Museum of Guangdong.
The main exhibition is the Nanhai 1 shipwreck, a wooden vessel which sank just off Hailing Island at the end of the 10th century. The Nanhai 1 is housed in the Crystal Palace in a water tank, one of main features for the museum which is the only museum in Asia with these facilities for underwater display. The museum also has 200 artifacts on display from the wreck.
The second station, we went to the Dajiao Bay. It is a national AAAAA tourism area located in the southwest of Hailing Island in Yangjiang.
With bright sunshine, soft beaches, clear and pure sea water, fresh and oxygen-rich air, Dajiao Bay enjoys a good reputation at home and abroad.
Some were playing in the sand, some were basking in the sun, and some were riding on the waves. . . . . Everyone was having fun and laughing.
At night, we had a barbecue on the beach, sang songs, felt the sea breeze, and listened to the sound of the waves. Ah, how pleasant it was!
The third station, we got a new experience.
Sitting on a cruise ship, feeling the excitement of the wave. And then, we experienced fishing at sea. Look, there are mantis shrimps, hairy crabs, octopus...
And then, we went to the Horsetail Island for beach combing.
Finally, we went to the Mazu Temple.
Three days passed in a flash, and we will eventually return home.
However, we will never forget the joy we had during this short time and the wonderful memories with the AiGather family.
